Just heard that during Turner Classic Movies annual "Summer Under The Stars", that TCM will present a 24 hour marathon devoted to Hal Roach favorite starlet, THELMA TODD on August 30th.Keep in mind that TCM has not offically posted the august schedule as of this writing.

2 things to think about this special marathon..

Will TCM short the Roach shorts with Pitts and Kelly and the ones she appeared with Charley Chase?

And will TCM finally air the rare silent feature "SEVEN FOOTPRINTS TO SATAN" that stars Todd in the lead role?I mention this, cause TCM was supposed to air this film a couple of times over the years and both times, the film was yanked from the TCM schedule.Here's a chance for TCM to redeem themselves and show this film for this awesome marathon.
